Hands to Heart Educational Consultancy
Hands to Heart Educational Consultancy was founded in 2023 by Mrs. Jocelyn P. Mangibin — a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), International Behavior Analyst (IBA), and Certified Autism Specialist (CAS) who holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology, USA.
Having worked in Applied Behavior Analysis since 2015, Mrs. Mangibin’s journey evolved from direct clinical practice — supporting individuals from 1.5 to 22 years of age with ASD, ADHD, and OCD — into a mission to bridge the gap between clinical science and community application across the UAE.
The name “Hands to Heart” reflects our core belief: that truly effective support must flow from skilled, evidence-based practice directly into the hearts of the families, schools, and communities we serve.

Creating an inclusive educational ecosystem where families and teachers seamlessly collaborate, fostering sustainable growth, emotional resilience, and lifelong academic success for children with diverse needs.
To provide a high-quality educational consultancy service and help educators and parents reach the goals of each child in maximising their learning using the effective scientific approach, principles, and concepts of Applied Behavior Analysis.
To guide parents and educators with individualized tools, structured behavioral plans, and hands-on support so every learner can build confidence, master core life skills, and thrive in diverse learning environments.
We lead with empathy and unconditional positive regard for every child and family.
We uphold the highest ethical standards in all clinical and professional work.
We continuously grow and integrate the best of emerging ABA research.
We believe every child deserves to belong, participate, and flourish.
We conduct exhaustive language and behavioral assessments alongside on-site school observations to understand each child's unique profile, strengths, and challenges.
We develop data-driven Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) and Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored precisely to each child's needs and environment.
We serve as a central coordinator, synchronising strategies with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Special Educators for a unified, multidisciplinary approach.
We supervise and train ABA therapists, Learning Support Assistants, and parents so that evidence-based techniques are implemented with integrity across every facet of a child's life.

Mrs. Mangibin is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA #1-21-48662), International Behavior Analyst (IBA #29623707), and Certified Autism Specialist (CAS #CAS22459555). She holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology, Melbourne, Florida, USA, and has been practicing ABA since 2015.
Her professional journey began in direct clinical practice — working intensively with individuals aged 1.5 to 22 years with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). This deep immersion in front-line intervention gave her a profound appreciation for the measurable, life-changing impact of ABA.
In her current role as a clinical architect, she designs and oversees comprehensive wraparound support systems — developing data-driven IEPs and BIPs, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams of SLPs, OTs, and Special Educators, and training ABA therapists, LSAs, and parents to implement evidence-based strategies with fidelity across every environment.
