JOCELYN PLACEROS MANGIBIN

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER/FOUNDER

Hands to Heart Educational Consultancy Sole Proprietorship LLC is owned by Mrs. Jocelyn P. Mangibin, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Certification number 1-21-48662), International Behavior Analyst (Certification number 29623707) and a Certified Autism Specialist (Certification number CAS22459555). Mrs. Mangibin has completed a Master’s Degree in Professional Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology, Melbourne, Florida, USA. She has been on the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2015 and has a profound background in handling 1.5 year-old to 18 year-old individuals.

Mrs. Mangibin’s professional journey is defined by a transition from foundational clinical practice to systemic behavioral consultancy, rooted in a deep-seated commitment to the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Beginning her career as a Behavioral Therapist, she underwent rigorous intensive training to master the nuances of neurodiversity, specifically addressing the complex needs of individuals with Autism, ADHD, and OCD. This early immersion in direct intervention sparked a passion for the measurable impact ABA provides, leading her to secure prestigious international certifications (BCBA, IBA, and CAS). Her evolution into an independent consultant was driven by a mission to bridge the gap between clinical science and community application, providing families, educational institutions, and government entities with the tools necessary to foster inclusive and effective learning environments.

In her current capacity, Mrs. Mangibin operates as a clinical architect, designing and overseeing the “wraparound” support systems essential for a child’s success. Her expertise lies in the development of data-driven Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) and Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs), which she crafts following exhaustive language and behavioral assessments and on-site school observations. Recognizing that behavioral success rarely occurs in a vacuum, she serves as a pivotal collaborator, synchronizing her strategies with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Special Educators to ensure a unified, multidisciplinary approach. By extending her reach through the supervision and training of ABA therapists, Learning Support Assistants, and parents, she ensures that evidence-based techniques are implemented with integrity across all facets of a child’s life, transforming scientific principles into sustainable, life-changing outcomes.
